Is there anything better than a cosy pamper treat at Christmas?
We all know that Christmas is the best time of the year, but it can also be the most stressful time too. As a parent, there’s so much to think about, and so many gifts to buy, not only for the children but for everyone else – and sometimes it can all get a bit much. I have list after list on my phone of all the things I have to remember to get ready, I started making them months ago, just so I had plenty of time to prepare! I love indulgent treats all year round, but they are also the perfect kind of gift to give all us mama’s (and anyone else who loves a good pamper) after spending all month preparing for the big day. Today I’m going to share my top picks!
I love a good Soap & Glory purchase as much as the next beauty lover, and the Try Your Luxe gift set is a gorgeous one for any gal. Inside you get six mini’s, a scrub of your life, a righteous butter, hand food, heel genius and two gloss sticks in the shades nudist & pink-a-boo. My mum absolutely loves S&G so this is a great gift for her that I know she would love. The fact that everything included are mini’s is fab for all those travellers out there too!
For a lovely winter skincare treat, I recommend picking up the Clinique Moisture Surge as a gift to someone special, it’s currently saving my dry skin like you don’t know what and it’s an absolute godsend. I also love the Antipodes Manuka Honey Mask for a hydrating & soothing treat and the Nuxe Dry Shimmer Oil to make my skin glow – which is very welcomed during the cold months when my skin is looking a bit dull.
I don’t know anyone that doesn’t love a good Lush purchase, and my current favourite picks include the Rose Jam Shower Gel which smells absolutely fantastic and makes the best bubbles! Anything with the rose jam scent is a winner IMO. I’ve also been loving the Twilight Body Spray & the Sleepy Body Lotion, if you or a loved one struggle to sleep like I do then these are lovely gifts to get to help!
