Have you ever fancied hiring a private jet and travelling in style for a special occasion? What even is travelling in style these days? What do you wear, clothes, makeup, hair?! For such a luxurious trip you’re sure to want to put in a special effort, so today I’m going to share my best tips to look your best whilst you travel.
You’ll most likely want to have some fancy looking luggage for such a luxe trip and my personal favourite brands include Ted Baker and Aspinal of London. They both have some gorgeous cases that would make such a trip extra special and really make you feel like you’re travelling in style. You can also add some personalised accessories like luggage tags with your initials on, if you have a very basic case then these can make all the difference.
A pretty passport holder is a lovely addition to a special trip too, somewhere to keep all your travel documents secure but in place so they aren’t in a big mess! Another fancy organisation tip is to use clear containers for all of your liquids and beauty bits, they help keep your makeup organised whilst looking good. Travel sized items also come in handy when it comes to makeup and skincare, some of my favourite travel sized items come from brands such as Pixi, Bobbi Brown, Elemis, Caudalie and Charlotte Tilbury. All fabulous brands with a mix of makeup as well as skincare and they make for the perfect travel companions.
A private jet most likely comes with built in wifi but if you don’t fancy staring at a screen during your trip then you can always take a good book with you for some downtime whilst in the air. The Geography of Bliss by Eric Weiner is a fab read for a trip away. If you’ve put on your favourite outfit for your luxury trip, it most likely isn’t sweats so it’s probably nice to take along a cosy accessory with you like a nice eye mask or cashmere scarf – or even your favourite pair of slippers! Just a little something that can help make your flight that bit cosier without turning up in your pyjamas.
If you don’t want to bother with much makeup then have a good skincare routine set before you leave and take your favourite pair of sunglasses, this keeps you looking fabulous without putting a huge amount of effort in. Flights are usually not the best place for a lot of makeup but a big pair of fancy sunglasses means you don’t have to bother as much!
So there’s just a few ways in which you can travel with a bit more style if you’re taking a special trip anytime soon. As long as you feel comfortable and love what you wear then I’m sure you will arrive looking great.
