For Him...
This is my first year doing a male gift guide and I'm excited! I've never bothered with them in the past as the only man I've ever had to buy for is my dad at Christmas. This year I really wanted to put one together, simply because I personally find men so hard to buy for and I always rely on other blogger gift guides for a bit of inspo. I love all these finds and I think there's something for almost every type of guy here so if you need a few ideas of gifts for your other half this year, look no further!
The Gadgets...
I didn't know what else to call this section so I just named it gadgets, that's what all random things owned by men are called right? For starters I picked the Hammer Multi-Tool as I find things like this great gift picks for the male species. Not only are they super handy little things to own, but you just know they're going to come in useful for the male figure in your life don't you?! This one from Amara comes in a gorgeous illustrated box and looks way more expensive than it is. It comes in at Β£20 and it looks so luxe. Such a fab little gift! Next up I have the Phillips Series 3000 Wet & Dry Electric ShaverΒ because I feel like you can't ever go wrong with a good shaving tool. Obviously I haven't tried this out for myself but it has lots of features that sound amazing and super handy, particularly with it having 50 minutes charge time cordless!Β I know that my Dad will love this as he likes the gadgets that are 'do it alls'. It's on sale at the moment too so it's the perfect time to pick one up! Lastly for gadgets, is the Phillips Series 3000 Nose Trimmer, this is another product that you can't go wrong with and it's a really affordable gift at only Β£13, perfect for those on a budget or just as a stocking filler.
The Fragrance...
For fragrance this year, Fragrance Direct have some gorgeous gift sets to offer - my personal favourites are the Joop WOW! set, available for Β£23.95 and the Hugo Boss, BOSS The Scent set at Β£55.95. The Joop offering is the more affordable choice with a fragrance and a shower gel, the scent is a personal favourite of my Dads and it smells incredible. However, The Hugo Boss set has a little bit of an extra luxurious look and feel to it, and inside you get a fragrance, shower gel and deodorant so it's a bit more substantial. Either way, they both smell insane so any guy is getting a treat with these two. Fragrance Direct have so many other fragrance sets to offer too, all at incredibly competitive prices so I'd definitely recommend having a browse to see if there's a favourite fragrance gift set for that special man in your life.
The Skincare...
For skincare, my first pick is the Smooth Operator Shave Set by Men's Society, available at Amara. This stood out to me because I think the packaging is super cool, really simple but looks incredible luxe. I love the silver tin and they have loads of different sets, but the Smooth Operator Shave set comes with five hot cloth face towels, a cleansing face wash, soothing shave oil and a post-shave balm. I just think it's such a lovely little gift and would also come in so handy for any males who travel a lot too. My second pick is The Bluebeards Revenge Soap Stack, I'd never heard of this brand until now but their packaging is so cool. I love that one of these soaps is called 'The Big Blue Bar of Soap For Blokes' like how funny is that?! I love a brand with good humour. These all smell gorgeous and if you want the man in your life to smell really good - this is a fab little set to purchase!
The Other Bits...
The last few bits I picked this year are firstly, this gorgeous wash bag from Matalan which you can get personalised with a letter of your choice. I just think it's such a lovely colour and wash bags always come in useful - it's only Β£8 too! Next up is the Who Am I Game which is available for just Β£5, it's a super affordable gift and it makes the perfect little stocking filler that the whole family can enjoy. Who doesn't love a good game at Christmas? Lastly, I just picked this Game Boy Keyring Bottle Opener that's a bit of a miscellaneous gift but makes for another cute little stocking filler! You can't go wrong with a bottle opener during the Christmas period either!
