Gift Guide: Stocking Fillers. ~ Gemma Louise

The perfect little stocking fillers...

Another addition to my gift guide series this year is the stocking fillers guide. I love collecting bits and bobs for stocking fillers, Ru's is my favourite as I love looking for cute little chocolates and toy cars for him. This year I've compiled a collection of lovely little stocking ideas that are perfect for everyone. Most of what I have is aimed at the ladies, but I'll have a selection of ideas to suit everyone at the bottom of this post - as always!

John Greed

John Greed have some absolutely gorgeous jewellery to offer and I was thrilled to be able to choose a couple of pieces from their collections. They sell a few different brands on their website, but their own brand includes a few different ranges including the Allegory, Theia, Aiyana and Candy collections. They also have a range called the Origami Safari Collection and everything is so cute, I'm obsessed! The necklaces I chose would actually make beautiful gifts on their own, but I just think they make cute little stocking fillers too as they are so affordable and lovely and dainty! The first piece I picked out was the Candy Space Celestial Necklace from the Candy Collection - which I was immediately drawn to, I love anything based around stars and the detailing on this little gem is just gorgeous. I love the detailing on the chain too, it makes a really nice alternative to my other pendant necklaces which all have a simple chain. This piece is gold plated silver, but also comes in silver and is priced at £30. It's a super affordable piece that can be gifted on its own or of course as part of a stocking. Either way, I'm sure any lucky lady would be thrilled to receive this pretty little number, I am in love with mine and I've been wearing it nonstop. I've had so many lovely compliments on it!

The second piece I selected is also from the Candy collection and this one is the Love Kiss Me Necklace, again in gold plated silver. I loved the design of this, the second I saw it - I always have such a soft spot for pretty typography when it comes to designs. I also love the little addition of the kiss charm, it makes such a cute little touch to the piece as a whole. I could immediately imagine me wearing this and layering it with some of my other necklaces. I've never been huge on jewellery but I've been obsessed with layering gold necklaces lately so two more to add to my small jewellery collection are extremely welcomed. I can't wait to style them both more! Diptyque Candle 70g

Diptyque candles are my all time faves but the full sized ones can be pretty pricey so getting a smaller one as a little luxury stocking filler is always a lovely idea if you have the budget! The 70g ones are priced at £26 so they are still fairly pricey but they also make a nice little treat. I recently bought myself a set of three and Roses is a new favourite scent.

Zoeva Voyager Palette

These mini Zoeva palettes are absolutely perfect as stocking fillers for the beauty lovers out there! They have six shades and are super cute, also perfect for travelling with. I have the Caramel Melange palette which is stunning, but there's also the Spice of Life, Matte and Cocoa Blend options if any of those tickle your fancy!

Fat Face

Fat Face have loads of gorgeous little stocking fillers to offer this year, including their Relaxing Bath Salts With Rose & Camomile which smell beautiful and add a very spa-esque aroma to a hot bubble bath. I love the jar design and the cute little wooden spoon that comes with them. Reuben is obsessed with playing with the spoon at bath time! I'm also in love with the Bath Bomb Cracker - just look at how cute that packaging is?! Adorable. These two are perfect for adding into a certain someone's stocking who's in need of a little me time and a good pamper. Let's face it, that's most gals right?! Another favourite of mine from Fat Face is the Fluffy Fox Socks, they're so adorable and so cosy! You can never go wrong with socks in a Christmas stocking either - an absolute must have. There's so many other things I loved on the website too, including the Lip Balm Trio Cracker, which comes in the same cute packaging as the Bath Bomb Cracker, and the super sweet Eye Mask & Pillow Mist Gift Set. I'm also a big fan of the Fluffy Reindeer Socks and the Fluffy Polar Bear Socks - both are adorable!

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Ornament

Miniature beauty items are perfect as stocking fillers and the mini Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara is no exception. I've wanted to try out this mascara for the longest time so having a little mini is perfect for any girl who hasn't tried a certain makeup item out yet - or even just as a little backup. I love the beautiful Christmas packaging that Too Faced release every year - so beautiful.

Burts Bees Trio Tin Gift Set

I love the gorgeous little festive tin that the Burts Bees Lip Trio comes in, it makes for the perfect little stocking filler and what girl doesn't need a stash of lip balms in her life? The Burts Bees lip balms are so so good and in this tin you get a little selection including the original, honey and coconut & pear.

Fresh Frequent Flyer Set

I really rate Fresh skincare, it's up there with my favourite brands, so I'm all about their lovely little gift sets this Christmas. I have the Frequent Flyer Gift Set which includes the best-selling Soy Face Cleanser, one of my all time favourites, as well as the award-winning Sugar Lip Treatment - another firm fave! Both of these are amazing products and this set is a steal at £18. Fresh have loads of other gorgeous stocking filler ideas too, including the Sugar Coconut Hydrating Lip Balm which I use pretty much daily at the moment with how dehydrated my lips have been. It's incredible and smells amazing! There's also the Seaberry Exfoliating Soap which is perfect for the winter months to battle dry skin, so it would be ideal for a Christmas stocking - and it has such pretty packaging too! A few other faves include the Sugar Lemon Body Lotion, Currant Marine Petit Soap, Sugar Lemon Soap, and the Rose Face Mask To Go.
