This is not a guide, just what I personally eat wi This is not a guide, just what I personally eat with the calorie allowance I’ve set for myself and my body. It works really well for me and the weight I want to lose, and I’m never going hungry which is the most important thing 🥰 this was a really good day for me as after dinner I had a chunk of calories left 🙌🏼

I think everyone’s diet journey is different, for example I hate the taste of zero calorie syrup in my coffee so I stick with my Monin syrups and I’m happy to have the extra calories for the sake of a delicious coffee in the morning! I’m also not a breakfast person at all so I end up being able to have a very light lunch as I’m so full! Hope this is helpful to anyone though who wants to go on a calorie deficit diet ✨

I came off my diet for 2 months or so, but now I’m back on it until Christmas and I’m really happy with how much weight I’ve lost so far. I just pick and choose when I want to lose a couple of pounds 🙌🏼
ad. Cardboard is this amazing, sustainable craft t ad. Cardboard is this amazing, sustainable craft tool that we all have within our reach. I don’t know about you but it’s insane how much cardboard we accumulate even from things as simple as the weekly food shop!

I’ve teamed up with Beyond The Box to show you some ways in how we can utilise cardboard over the festive period. Some of the things I’ve been doing at home with the children include 3D star garlands, cut out, illustrated gingerbread villages, initial baubles with little bells on, and some gift tags covered in biodegradable glitter that I think are prettier than any gift tags I’ve ever purchased 🥰

I’ve already been asked a few times where my gingerbread village is from. It’s amazing what sustainable decorations you can make from home with cardboard and things you already have. I’d love to hear if you guys have any great ideas on reusing cardboard over the Christmas period 🎄✨@Beyondtheboxuk #BeyondTheBoxUK #ChooseCardboard
