Christmas gift guide for the ladies in your life...
It's that time of the year again when you may be searching for the perfect gift for the special women in your life, and the shops might feel a little overwhelming when they're full of so many different things! Either that or you're just not quite sure what the perfect gift may be. I've gathered together a few lovely ideas for this gift guide so hopefully a quick browse of this post will help you out.
Foodie Gifts
I think absolutely everyone is a fan of a foodie gift, especially at Christmas time. I know delicious food is one of my own favourite things about this time of the year! Cocoa Canopy do some delicious boxes of real hot chocolate in various flavours that tastes incredible, if you want to splurge a bit further, they also have a gift set that includes a Smeg milk frother. The Gnaw Hot Chocolate Taste Adventure set is a good one too, especially for those that love exploring different flavours. Including orange, rocky road and caramel, it's a delicious set.
For a taste of luxury, the Odysea Pomegranate Molasses is a yummy little stocking filler that you can pick up from somewhere as easy as Sainsbury's. It's a syrup made from pomegranate juice, and can be used as a salad dressing, glaze, or added to your Prosecco over the festive season! The Odysea Greek Orange Blossom Honey makes a beautiful stocking gift too, I know it would make a real treat over my regular honey from Aldi!
If you know someone who is into superfoods, oForest do a unique range of Madhuka teas and nibs. Madhuka is a natural superfood from Asia with a nutty, caramel-like taste. There is a range of flavoured plant-based tea such as Space, a calming clove and cinnamon spice blend, and a range of Nibs and Powders, the Nibs are great for crunchy toppings, and the powders are great to add to smoothies.
Beauty Gifts
For the beauty lovers, the 7th Heaven Pamper Hamper gift set is the ultimate self-care set - who doesn't love a bubble bath and a face mask? It comes with a really cute pink body puff too! My other beauty gift recommendation would be a Beauty Pie membership, it's £59 annually and allows you to get almost any high end makeup or skincare product that you like at a massively discounted price. It's every girls dream but a lot of people are hesitant with the upfront costs for a membership so it would make a great gift.
Beauty Bay also have hundreds of incredible beauty gifts to choose from. I've picked out a few of my personal favourites to give you some good ideas, starting with the incredible Frostbitten Kiss Lustreglass Lipstick set from MAC. This is the prettiest Christmas gift with it's gorgeous festive, snowflake themed packaging. Inside you get five lipsticks in an array of beautiful shades, all suited for every skin tone, it's a dreamy gift. Another makeup pick is the Neo Blush from Kevyn Aucoin, this has been on my wish list for ages and it does not disappoint. I have the shade 'Rose Cliff' which is a soft apricot blended into a dusky rose, it's just gorgeous.
For a perfume pick, the Estee Lauder Sensuous Stars Eau de Parfum is a stunning one to go for, not only does it come encased in such a pretty and luxurious looking bottle, but it smells fantastic. It's warm and fruity with notes of chinese plum, lavender and orris and it's ultra feminine and sweet.
My last picks are some everyday favourites, firstly we have the Tan Luxe Self Tan Drops which are, in my opinion, the best tanning drops out there. They're super easy to mix into your daily moisturiser and give your skin an effortless, natural sun-kissed glow. They're quite pricey for a tan product so they make a really good Christmas gift. Lastly, we have the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm, but the charcoal edition! This is up there with my favourite cleansers, and this edition has detoxifying charcoal and vitamin E to nourish your skin whilst removing build up. This is another high end buy, so again, it makes a great Christmas gift.
Home Gifts
A home gift really does suit anyone, we all have a home and who doesn't want it to smell lovely and feel cosy? I have the perfect home gifts to share this year - firstly we have a Christmas Wax Melt Set from Ava May Aromas which smells utterly divine. Inside you get 8 wax melts in the scents 'Pine Cardamom & Eucalyptus', 'Orange Clove & Cedarwood', Winter Vetiver, Cedar Bark & Ginger' and 'Berries, Winter Rose & Mandarin'. They all smell dreamy and it's a gorgeous little gift!
Anthropologie do some dreamy homeware gifts, including these Festive Pressed Bead Juice Glasses. I own three myself and they are adorable. I plan to use them every Christmas for years to come!
Next we have a couple of picks from Pagazzi Lighting. The Sterling Sherpa Neutral Throw is so warm and cosy, and who doesn't love a soft, cosy blanket at this time of the year? The Maeve LED White & Gold Battery Powered Table Light is a beautiful pick too, I know this is going to look gorgeous on my new shelves in the living room. Both of these picks are super festive and perfect to enjoy at Christmas.
Another scented home pick is the beautiful Copenhagen Company Amber & Vanilla Medium Candle. This is a lovely three wick candle that smells like a dream, if you love sweet vanilla scents at Christmas, balanced with notes of bergamot, amber and sandalwood then you will love this one. There's lots of other lovely scents too.
Craft Gifts
Pen Heaven do some absolutely beautiful fountain pens which come in gorgeous for anyone who's really into their writing and crafts. I love the BENU Briolette Luminous Amber Fountain Pen, just look how dreamy it is, and it comes encased in a lovely gift box making it a gorgeous Christmas gift.
I love this Pottery Starter Kit from Noahs Box too, I've always wanted to try pottery myself. You can make so many lovely things!
Gardening Gifts
Westland do some really lovely gifts for the gardening enthusiasts in your life. I particularly love the Seed Box, and can't wait to use this in my garden next Spring! The Indoor Watering Can from Kent & Stowe in Blush Pink is adorable too, the colour is so pretty and it's a lovely watering can for my window sill.
Not On The High Street do lots of lovely gardening gifts too, I've previously bought these lovely wildflower seeds for my mum on her birthday before. This personalised garden tool bag is also fab!
Are you still searching for the perfect Christmas gift or have you sorted your Christmas shopping? I hope this helped with any ideas if you're still looking!
