Valentine’s Gift Guide: 2025 edition…
Another year, another Valentine’s Day! I always like Valentine’s Day as something to look forward to after Christmas, I like getting my boys little gifts to make them a little Valentine’s basket and Jake and I always make the effort to have a mini date night at home. Not to mention, all the shops are always filled with the cutest heart shaped things and I’m all about the girly vibes.
I’ve put together a little gift guide with a few ideas if you’re one to get your other half something for Valentine’s and are struggling on what to buy. I even used to treat myself to a little something when I was a single mum, because to me, Valentine’s is all about all types of love, including self-love! So if you’re single this Valentine’s Day, don’t forget to make sure that you treat yourself too…

Gifts for her…
You can never go wrong with a beauty buy in my opinion, we all want glowing skin don’t we?! Some of the great picks I have this year include the Hyaluronic Heroes from Evolve Organic Beauty, a love little duo set containing their hyaluronic serum and eye complex. They’re perfect for dehydrated skin in the cold winter months, and the pink packaging makes the set a lovely little gift. Another option great for this time of year is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base, one of my all time favourite skincare products and is currently on sale!
Another fab skincare brand is Oscar Charles, using natural, vegan and cruelty-free ingredients. The E7 Cleansing Balm is lovely with hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, and has gives you an ultra spa-like experience with the scent of all the essential oils it contains. The Protect & Repair Day Cream is gorgeous too, a lovely luxurious daily moisturiser with SPF 30 to protect and hydrate your skin.
I always think fragrance is a lovely gift if you want to splurge, as the nicest fragrances are always the most expensive. One of my all time favourites is Armani Si, I think I even featured it in last year’s gift guide too. It’s the most elegant scent with hints of sweetness and I’m just obsessed. It has top notes of bergamot and mandarin, and base notes of patchouli, amber and vanilla. You can pick it up from Perfume Direct at a really great price.
Gifts for him…
I always find it difficult shopping for the men in my life, but you can never go wrong with clothing. JD Williams have some great picks, including this Joe Browns Shore Crew Neck Jumper which is a gorgeously soft chunky knit that’s perfect for this time of year.
Max Spielmann is always a good shout too, with endless personalised gifts from photo prints and mugs to coasters, mouse mats and hundreds more. I know Jake always appreciates a nice photo mug that he can use when he’s at the office, or a little photo keyring of the kids for his keys.
Another nice gift option could be a decent travel cup for those that travel a lot for work and are always on the road. I bought Jake a Yeti Rambler for his birthday one year and he loves it. Mens fragrance is a nice one too, as it’s generally not the type of thing guys will buy for themselves often. Jake has Maison Margiela Jazz Club and it’s one of my favourites, such a lovely, classic scent.
If you’re still after some more ideas, I’ve created a little shop the post below…
