I don’t think that any of us can ever go through life stress free, it’s a natural feeling that a huge number of things can cause. I often get stressed from things such as short work deadlines, having lots of jobs on the go at once, financial worries or implications, or even just from being a parent. When we are stressed or over tired, our energy levels tend to decline and then we stop performing at our best. There’s nothing worse than when I have loads of work on my plate, get stressed about it and then struggle to find the creative energy and motivation to get on with it. It’s almost like a losing battle!
Fortunately, there are vitamins, caffeine other supplements available to us that can help a lot. One of my daily must-haves would be copious amounts of coffee, because caffeine is a must to keep me focused when I’m working!

Pro Plus have just brought out the new Pro Plus Ultra which is the UK’s first energy supplement to contain a unique blend of slow-release caffeine, vitamins and adaptogens. The slow-release caffeine and guarana extract in the Pro Plus Ultra helps to maintain consistent energy levels throughout the day which helps to improve your focus as well as your concentration. This means that you don’t get the unwanted highs or lows that you might with mugs of coffee.
Formulated with Vitamins B6, B12 and Ginseng, Pro Plus Ultra fights the effects of fatigue and support the brains neurological functions to improve your memory and alertness. It also contains a powerful adaptogen, Ashwagandha which helps the body regulate stress.
I’ve been taking Pro Plus Ultra for the last couple of weeks and I’m finding it so helpful, particularly because work has been extremely hectic lately and as much as I try to stay focused, the stress sometimes just takes over. I notice such a huge improvement in my thought process and creativity when I get an energy boost and Pro Plus Ultra gives me exactly that. I instantly noticed an improvement in how focused I was on certain projects and can feel how much better my mental performance is since taking one capsule a day as part of my morning routine.

The Pro Plus Ultra really do take away the need to drink coffee all day long too, which would be perfect for you if you’re trying to cut down on how much you drink. I tend to still have one daily coffee because I enjoy my morning cup, but I like to wait a couple of hours after I’ve taken a capsule as the amount of caffeine would be a bit overpowering.
I really like to put my all into my work so having a good focus and feeling super motivated is very important to me and the blend of slow-release caffeine and vitamins in the Pro Plus Ultra means that I know I’m giving my body lots of the things that it needs in order for me to be at my best! I feel like these are ideal for periods when you struggle to sleep too, just to give you that much-needed boost in the morning, so you can still have a productive day.
