With Christmas coming up very soon, I’ve put together a quick gift guide with a few ideas for some last minute stocking fillers…
Stocking fillers are my favourite types of gifts to buy because you can pick up loads of really cute bits & pieces and give someone lots of little things to open. Normally if you buy someone something large & expensive, you won’t buy them loads of little things as well as it soon adds up, so if you’d rather they had more to open, lots of smaller things are a better option. Some smaller stocking fillers can be fairly expensive too but I’ve put together a bunch of things to suit all budgets. These gifts are aimed for ‘her’ and I’ve found loads of different beauty, home and other bits. Heck, these could even be ideas of what to buy yourself for Christmas, I know there’s plenty of things I’d like to buy myself!
Beauty;
For the beauty lovers, lipsticks make great little gifts and are affordable enough that you can buy a couple. You can’t go wrong with a Mac Lipstick, especially with their huge shade range. Charlotte Tilbury Lipsticks also make for a gorgeous gift, not only are they amazing quality but they’re so pretty and would be a gorgeous little gift to receive. Anything from Charlotte Tilbury would actually make a beautiful gift because the rose gold packaging is just so dreamy and any beauty lover will really appreciate it!
Skincare is something I’ve never been big on until recently but it’s one of those things that almost every girl will use. There are some really good skincare brands out there but some of them are a bit more pricey so they’re the kind of gift that would be greatly received. My new favourite skincare discovery is Kiehl’s – their Ultra Facial Cream is fab and would make a lovely little stocking filler. Other nice little skincare gifts are the usual scented bits like hand creams & things, The Body Shop have a Christmas range that always smells amazing. Anything from Lush makes for a gorgeous scented gift too.
Home;
You can rarely go wrong with cute homeware bits, it’s every girls obsession. Candles make for great stocking fillers and with the thousands of brands there are, there’s easily something to suit every budget. Places like Primark and B&M have some gorgeous candles that are incredibly cheap but if you want something a bit more luxe, you can go for brands like Yankee and Diptyque. Copper or rose gold home decor pieces also make for nice little gifts, I know that I’d be over the moon receiving any cute little home bits! My new fave discovery is Anthropologie, there isn’t one near me but I’ve found the cutest little home things online and I’m dying to make an order! Even simple things like mugs make nice gifts, there’s some really cute finds if you look in the right places.
Other Bits;
Other bits & pieces that make cute stocking fillers are things like pretty little makeup bags or purses, or even a gorgeous piece of jewellery. Pretty rings & watches are a great gift to give and there’s so many nice ones on Asos if you have a good look.
